The law firm of A. & E. C. Emilianides, C. Katsaros & Associates LLC seeks to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their team, based in Nicosia.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing agreements and any other corporate documents
Drafting and preparing legal opinions
Drafting and preparing legal due diligence reports
Performing detailed practical and legal research on an array of different areas
Incorporation of Cypriot and foreign companies

Key Skills / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Law
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
Minimum 4 years of previous experience in Corporate Law is essential for this position
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in English language both verbally and in writing is essential
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and use critical judgment
Computer literacy – MS office
Interested in working as part of a dedicated team
Ability to work well under strict deadlines and pressure
