Andri Demou

Operations Manager

Mrs Andri Demou graduated from the American Academy Nicosia. She has many years of experience in the Banking Sector and she is a holder of the American Institute of Bankers Diploma in Bank Operations. She is also a holder of the Insurance Certificate of the Insurance Institute of Cyprus. During her many years of experience in the Banking Sector she has participated in numerous seminars and had extensive training in Business Management, Developing People and Customer Service processes, as well as in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Operational Risk Management.

She joined the law firm in 2019 as Operations Manager. She oversees operations at a Group level and supports the Partners/Directors in the Management of the Group. Main responsibilities include the successful organisation and execution of projects, in line with desired outcomes. She also has the responsibility of managing core projects and business processes, to the extent of the Group’s related investments & activities in (a) business development & consultancy via EK Affairs Limited, and (b) the real estate sector, and co-ordinating the Group’s relations with affiliated firms in the sector.
